Community Activation Package
Our Community Activation Package is designed for existing buildings and neighbourhoods with no clear community structure. This package encourages residents to not only bond socially but also to come together for shared initiatives that benefit everyone, including sustainability projects. By working as a closer-knit group, residents can lower costs through collective action, such as investing in solar panels or bulk-buying from local producers. This approach builds both a strong community and a more sustainable, cost-efficient living environment.

Process
Before the Workshop:
01
Kick-Off Meeting Owner / Operator
We start with a Community Vision Call to discuss your goals for creating a more connected and engaged community. We’ll explore both social and sustainability objectives, focusing on how the community can bond through shared projects that reduce living costs and environmental impact. Whether it’s creating a communal garden or co-investing in energy-saving initiatives like solar panels, we’ll ensure the project is aligned with the unique needs of the residents.
02
Tenant engagement
We introduce the project to the residents, explaining how they can come together to build a stronger community while working towards sustainability goals that save money. During this phase, we provide residents with ideas and options to consider, encouraging them to reflect on potential projects, such as reducing energy usage, supporting local producers, or investing in shared resources like solar panels.
Through the Sustainability Challenge, residents aim to collectively set targets that benefit the environment and reduce costs. We set up a common chat platform where they can communicate, share ideas, and track progress.
The Workshop:
03
Setting the vision
The Inspiration Keynote kicks off the project by emphasizing the power of co-creation and how collective action can lead to both social fulfillment and financial benefits. By working together on shared goals—whether it’s building a more connected community or reducing living costs—residents learn that the time and energy they invest will strengthen both their social bonds and their financial well-being. The talk highlights the potential of collaboration, from shared resources to sustainability.
The Deliverables:
05
Action-Plan
The Sustainable Action Plan lays out the practical steps for realizing the community’s shared vision. This plan includes a timeline for activities like installing solar panels, organizing local food deliveries, or reducing electricity use. Residents are assigned roles and responsibilities to ensure everyone participates in making the plan a reality. Regular check-in meetings keep the community accountable, allowing for progress tracking and adjustments. Additionally, updates on the Sustainability Challenge will be provided, with the opportunity to celebrate when targets are reached.
06
Event Planning and Facilitation
To help residents feel the immediate benefits of their co-created plan, we assist in organizing the first few key events. This could include sustainability workshops, collective projects like creating a communal garden, or social events such as neighborhood cookouts. These events set the tone for ongoing community engagement and help residents start seeing the financial and environmental benefits of their shared efforts.
04
Co-creating a plan
In this step, residents collaborate to co-create a plan for both social activities and sustainability projects. Breakout groups brainstorm ideas for communal traditions like regular cookouts, while also exploring ways to save money together, such as bulk-buying from local producers or co-investing in renewable energy solutions. Through digital tools, residents vote on their favourite ideas, and the outcome is a Sustainable Action Plan that outlines projects, timelines, and responsibilities. The community sets measurable targets, including financial savings, and assigns teams to take charge of different initiatives.

07
Marketing Material
To document the success of the community activation, we provide marketing material showcasing the key events and progress. Property owners or managers can use this material to promote the unique community and sustainability aspects of the property, making it more attractive to future residents.
